To enter this contest you must be signed up at Chatterscene and be active on the boards during the time of the contest - current and new memebers are both welcome to join in on the contest.

You may enter as many times as you like. You enter by creating a Valentine's Day themed
scrapbook layout or a Valentine's Day themed card.  Your entries must be your very own.

The contest goes from 1-4-2011 until 1-31-2011.  At the end of the contest time frame, a winner will be chosen using a random number generator site.
