I made this card for my Aunt's birthday next week! I found this pretty print paper in my stash and wanted to use it! I'm really challenging myself to use more of the patterned paper I have in my stash - I have so much of it but keep buying more, so for awhile I'm going to try to use some up and see if I can make a dent in it!I didn't use my Gypsy at all on this one since I wanted to use the carts that are preloaded on my E2, that was a challenge after using it so much lately! I used Just a Note for the cake and Cricut Essentials for the frame. All the paper and ribbon was from my stash and the sentiment stamp from My Pink Stamper's 'Fabulous Phrases' set.
I want to start decorating the insides of my cards more as well as the envelopes - I usually forget but really do love the way it looks!
I used a sentiment stamp and a cute little cake stamp from Hero Arts 'Birthday Messages' set, I thought it matched the cake on the front perfectly!
I'm entering this into a couple of challenges...

1st Birthday party invitation
Our youngest son turns 1 in September, so I've started working on his birthday invitations. I'm going to do a farm animal theme and decided to try a flat invitation vs one that opens.
I used Animal Kingdom Cricut cart for the cow, Country Life Cricut cart for the pig/chicken and Just a Note Cricut cart for 'party'. All the paper/cardstock is from my stash.
Of course my printer choose tonight to die on me - GRR!! But my husband reminded me that I've been wanting a wireless printer, which I have, but now isn't the time I wanted to spend the money on buying one! :( So I couldn't print out the cute little poem I'm putting on it, as well as the party info but that will go in the blank spaces.
Please excuse the poor lighting in my picture, while I was trying to get my printer to work, the sun went down and I lost all the natural light for my picture! :( This definitely hasn't been my night but I really wanted to get this done so I could submit it for a challenge!
I'm entering this in the first challenge at Cricut 360º - design an invitation! Cricut 360º is a fun new challenge blog that started this month and I'm excited to participate!!

Happy Birthday card
I made this card for a friend's birthday this week-I struggle so much with making masculine cards, I need to get a couple of strictly masculine carts, maybe that will help. But since I don't currently have any, I went the cheesy route and used this cut from my new Just A Note cart! :-)
I used paper from the DCWV 'Dots, Stripes and Plaids' stack - its perfect for masculine cards! The sentiment stamp is from The Paper Company 'Happy Birthday' set!
Have a great day!

Happy Mother's Day!
I made this card for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day!
I used the new Just A Note Cricut cartridge on my E2 to make the butterfly. I used my i-rock and gems to make the swirl. The ribbon is American Crafts, paper from the 'Amber Autumn' stack by DCWV and the sentiment stamp from My Pink Stamper.
I'm entering this card into the Mother's Day card challenge at Scrapalicious USA - check it out, there's still time to enter!
